Payments are on time, really easy navagation and the best support. All e-mails are responded to within 24 hours. I give AdToll 5 stars and 2 thumbs up, A+++. Keep it up AdToll and you will be up there with Google AdBrite! To begin with the servers didn't die, they were switched off! As far as compensation goes if you read the statement (link above) you will see we have also compensated Publishers for the 2 full days they were not able to earn from network ads. If you had Sponsored Ads booked at those times you still made money from them. To say we lacked preparation is probably right, I won't argue with that. Although we are now making the necessary changes to mitigate any risk of such a downtime again. Thanks for giving us that second chance and I will say you can trust us, we are not going to run away with your money. We consider ourselves to be very reputable and trustworthy and we don't want that to change.
